The terms of the house.
Plain terms for a digital store. What you buy, what licence comes with it, how the subscription and runes work, and how we handle the rare time something goes wrong.

Who you're dealing with
Runciter Store ("the store", "we", "us") is operated by Eurisko Workshop SL (CIF B01801869), a company incorporated in Spain. These Terms govern your access to and use of the store and everything you buy through it. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the store. We may update them; the version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers.

What we sell
We sell digital files: print-ready STL meshes of miniatures, sold individually, in warband sets, as a Kickstarter bundle, and through a monthly subscription. Everything is a digital good: there is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.
Model previews, render images, scale references, and descriptions are provided in good faith. Colours, paint, and print results on your own hardware will vary; a render is an illustration, not a guarantee of your printed result.
- 03
Accounts
You need an account to buy, subscribe, redeem a Kickstarter pledge, or download. You must give an accurate email address and keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. We verify your email before granting access to downloads.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the store, attempt to circumvent access controls, or breach these Terms.
- 04
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment and the item appears in your library.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed. Active subscriptions are billed at the price you agreed to when you subscribed until you are notified otherwise.
- 05
Subscription
The subscription is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. While it is active you receive that month's release to keep, a monthly grant of runes (see below), and a discount on cash purchases as described on the subscribe page.
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep everything you have already claimed. We do not pro-rate or refund the current period on cancellation. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is marked past-due and access to subscriber benefits may pause until payment succeeds.
- 06
Runes
Runes are an internal store credit included with the subscription. They are a loyalty benefit, not money: they have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and are not refundable.
Runes do not expire while your subscription is active, but they can only be spent while it is active. If your subscription ends, any unspent runes are paused and become spendable again if you resubscribe. Models you have already bought with runes remain yours.
- 07
Kickstarter pledges
Backers of the Runciter Kickstarter redeem their pledge here using a one-time redemption code tied to the email address used on Kickstarter. The Kickstarter bundle is excluded from the subscriber discount and cannot be bought with runes. It is a separate entitlement.
Redemption codes are single-use. Keep yours private; we are not responsible for codes shared or exposed by you. Pre-campaign gift models follow the same library rules as any purchase once claimed.
- 08
Your licence to the files
When you obtain a model (by purchase, subscription, rune spend, Kickstarter redemption, or a free claim), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download the files and print physical miniatures for your own private, non-commercial use.
This licence does not transfer ownership or any intellectual-property right. The meshes, sculpts, names, and artwork remain ours.
- You may: print the models for yourself or as gifts, and paint, photograph, and share photos of your prints.
- You may not: resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the STL files or any derivative meshes; sell prints made from the files; mass-produce prints for commercial sale; or upload the files to any sharing, marketplace, or model-generation service.
- 09
Downloads and availability
Files you own stay available to re-download from your account library. We aim to keep them available indefinitely but do not guarantee perpetual availability, so keep your own backup of anything you care about. If we must remove a model (for example, an intellectual-property dispute), we will tell affected owners by email.
Downloads are served through time-limited links and are rate-limited to protect the service. Automated or bulk scraping of the catalogue or the file store is not permitted.
- 10
Refunds
Digital files are delivered immediately and are, by their nature, non-returnable. By completing a purchase and downloading you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the download begins, to the extent permitted by law.
If something is genuinely broken (a corrupt file, the wrong item, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund it. We deal with these case by case and in good faith.
- 11
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the store's security or access controls; do not access files you have not obtained a licence to; do not use the store to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law. We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe these Terms are being abused.
- 12
Liability
The store and the files are provided "as is". We make no warranty that a model will print without adjustment on your specific printer, resin, or slicer settings; 3D printing depends on hardware and technique we do not control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of the store is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- 13
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
Questions about these Terms go to [email protected]. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
