The Second Codex.
The First Codex was a hundred heroes carved by the house. The Second is written by the guild for the next Kickstarter: members propose the heroes, the forge sketches them, the house decides which ones go to the Kickstarter (not all of them will), and every hero that makes it carries its proposer’s name on the piece.
You propose. The house selects. Your name on the piece. The final word is always the house’s.
- IProposeAs many heroes as you like: archetype, blood, craft and arms dealt as cards, plus two lines of past glory and present decay. The forge sketches each one; you choose its face and seal it.
- IIThe house selectsThe studio reads every sealed hero and decides which ones go to the Kickstarter. Not every hero makes it; no vote, no committee, the house's word is final.
- IIIInto the CodexA selected hero is sculpted like any of ours and ships in the Second Codex Kickstarter, with its proposer's name inscribed on the piece.

What the guild has sent.
Every hero a member sealed for the house, in the state it is in today: in review, selected for the Kickstarter, already modelled, or not selected this time. The house updates each hero as the campaign takes shape. Names are the proposers’ where they chose to be credited.
